Hearth & Gable Group is a local, family-owned business that purchases, improves, and resells homes and condominiums in the Atlanta area. We specialize in helping home sellers with unique needs and challenges. The idea for Hearth & Gable Group ​emerged in 2019 when we renovated and ​sold our condo in north Atlanta. That ​experience, coupled with our work helping ​dozens of home sellers and buyers in ​Alabama and Georgia, made us realize ​there was a great unfilled need to assist:

  • Home sellers with unique situations ​and challenging timelines.
  • Home buyers who struggle to find a ​thoughtfully renovated home.


Selling a home can be stressful. Many ​homeowners don’t have the resources or ​energy to get a home ready to sell. Others ​have circumstances that require a quick ​move with no time to clean, de-clutter, and ​dispose of belongings. Traditional sales ​transactions can have unpredictable ​timelines, high agent fees and closing costs. ​Other situations that complicate a sale ​include properties tied up in probate, out-​of-country sellers, etc.

For buyers, many homes on the market are ​badly renovated investor properties. Most ​flippers simply add a drab coat of paint, ​drop in cheap countertops and carpet, and ​leave everything else as is, including: old ​cabinets, appliances, and HVAC, dated ​kitchen and bathroom designs, and ​dysfunctional floor plans. Buyers ​frequently end up ripping everything out ​and starting over. This is time-consuming, ​expensive, and disruptive.
